Eb/Bb/A CLARINET

Mechanical Overhaul & Re-pad      .....$450.00 (+ supplies approx $50.00)

Includes the following:

• Complete disassembly

• Oil soak body up to 1 week

• Ultrasonicly clean keys & screws

• Tumble polish keys

• Re-cork keys using synthetic cork where appropriate & natural cork elsewhere

• Re-cork tenons

• Inspect tone holes for chips & fill if necessary

• Re-fit keys as necessary

• Re-pad using insect proof, water proof synthetic pads

• Check each pad as it's installed using a MAG air compression testing device to maintain  the lowest reading possible indicating the least inherent leakage.

• Install neoprene body bumpers under lower joint left F-C and E-B

• Refit metal connecting pins on lower joint left E-B and F#-C# levers and Install Teflon  tubing over pins as a silencer. (N/A if instrument has plastic connecting pins)

• Adjust lube & play test

Includes 1 year warranty on pads and adjustments
* Repair of cracks , key soldering and correcting loose, wobbly tenons  are extra
