Double Reeds

Oboes are priced by the type of key system the instrument has. Beginners (1- 4 years with no private instruction with a specialist) use the simple system, the modified conservatory  system has no left F or Articulated C# but does have a low Bb. The full conservatory key system has all the keys required by an advanced student.

All our oboes have been re-padded by Gerry to standards that will please any discriminating private oboe instructor and include cork pads where practical and synthetic or traditional bladder pads elsewhere. All oboes feature a 1 year warranty on pads and adjustments.
