Mechanical Overhaul & Re-pad 

Piccolo                                                    $400.00 (+supplies approx $60.00)

Closed hole C foot w/adjustment screws $375.00  (+ supplies approx $60.00)

Open hole C foot w/adjustment screws $400.00 (+ supplies approx $65.00)

Includes the following:

• Complete disassembly including the unpinning of stack keys for proper lubrication & cleaning

• Oil soak body up to 1 week for wood body piccolos & flutes only

• Ultrasonicly clean body, head, foot, keys & screws

• Tumble polish keys for solid silver keys only

• Re-cork keys using synthetic cork where appropriate & natural cork or felt elsewhere

• Replace head cork

• Inspect tone holes for dents & dips reface if necessary if necessary

• Re-fit keys as necessary

• Install glued in bedding washers into large key cups to provide a flat surface for better pad stability

• Re-pad using insect proof, water proof synthetic pads

• Pads are leveled before seating using partial or full paper shims as necessary never by key bending

• Check each pad as it's installed using a MAG air compression testing device to maintain  the lowest reading possible indicating the least inherent leakage.

• Refit head & foot tenons & remove any smal dents in body

• Adjust lube & play test

Includes 1 year warranty on pads and adjustments
* repairing broken keys, soldering and removal of large dents or body bends is extra

Incidental and "Play Condition" Work
